Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Banana Oatmeal Muffins

(Servings: 6)


  • 110 grams Flour
  • 8 tbsp Oats
  • 80 grams Castor Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Bananas, mashed
  • 1 Egg
  • 55 grams Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • 6 aluminium egg tart cups
  • 6 muffin paper cups


  • Preheat HCP.
  • Mix both dry and wet ingredients into 2 separate bowls.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Use aluminium egg tart cups as the base. Put a paper cup into it before pouring the batter.
  • Under low heat, bake for 18 mins (shift the pan to the right for 6 mins, to the left for another 6 mins, shift it back to the center for the remaining 6 mins)
  • Insert a toothpick into the center of the muffins. If it comes out clean, muffins are ready.
  • Remove muffins from pan and let cool on wire rack.






之前我还蛮常到Tesco买Chapati的呢~ 一般都用来包沙拉吃。现在自己学起来了,以后就可以享受自己亲手制作的印度薄饼啦。





  • 110 gm Atta Flour (Chapati Flour)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Lukewarm water, about half the flour, use as needed


  • Mix flour, salt and oil.
  • Add little water time to time, knead for about 10 mins.
  • Cover the dough and set aside for 30 mins.
  • Knead again for about 5 mins.
  • Preheat HCP, use medium high heat.
  • Take about 1 lemon size of dough, make it round, coated with flour.
  • Sprinkle some flour on the surface and start roll it till flat.
  • Under medium high heat (ensure pan is really hot), flip it time to time to avoid get burnt.

  • 600 grams 肉碎
  • 2 tbsp 蚝油
  • 2 tbsp 花雕酒
  • 2 tbsp 酱青
  • 2 tbsp 鱼露
  • 120 grams 糖
  • 适量五香粉和胡椒粉
  • 1.5 tbsp 油


  • 将所有材料(除了油)混合,同一个方向搅拌。
  • 加入油,同一个方向搅拌成胶。
  • 放进冰箱下层腌隔夜。


  • Preheat Happy Call Pan
  • Cut baking paper as the size of the pan
  • Spread meat on paper, roll till about 2mm thickness
  • Place meat into pan with baking paper at the bottom
  • Under low heat, lock the pan, grill for 2 mins
  • Flip the meat and grill for another 2 mins
  • Continue to grill and flip the meat every 1min
  • Total grilling time is about 8 – 10mins, depend on thickness
  • When the meat about to turn red and char, do not lock the pan but close only
