炸紫菜薄饼皮

说来惭愧,我之前完全不知道有这种食物的存在。

还有一个星期就要过年了,网上不少烹饪爱好者都在讨论着食谱。我看到了这个大家都说好吃又容易弄的炸紫菜薄饼皮,于是心想不如也做做看吧,给家里添一罐新年饼也好。

忙了整个下午,搞到全身油烟味,却才做出那么的一罐。原本还想说分一点给姐姐的呢~ 看来不必了。XD 味道是不错,但是我觉得很油腻。想照顾身材的人最好别碰。

 

Popiah Seaweed Cracker

Ingredients:

  • Popiah Skin
  • Seaweed (those snack type)
  • Egg White

Instructions:

  • Brush egg white on a piece of popiah skin
  • Paste seaweed onto it
  • Brush another piece of popiah skin and paste on top of seaweed
  • Set aside for 30 mins – 1 hour
  • Cut into strips
  • Under low heat, fry
